Product DevelopmentSmartSynch’s solution enables access to the content embedded in critical devices, such as utility meters, delivers information to essential systems and personnel allowing them to make decisions, act, and respond quickly when they are needed most. This solution consists of web based application architecture and SmartMeters connected via multiple wired and wireless network options. SmartSynch offers several available positions in our Jackson, MS headquarters. Candidates for positions in the Product Development department must possess multiple skills including excellent written and oral communications, innovation, initiative, team building, strong analytical skills, and ability to perform on multiple projects. Experiences with Full-Life-Cycle Development products, Rational Tool Suite, and task management are desired. Expertise in development using C/C++, and data modeling are essential. Minimum BS in Computer Science or similar is required. Information TechnologySmartSynch offers a total energy and utility wireless data solution. Our web based application architecture enables anytime access to data embedded in remote Commercial & Industrial energy meters, also known as the SmartMeter, utilizing two-way communication among people, systems, and devices. The on-demand access to the content embedded in critical devices, such as utility meters, delivers information to mobile and in-house personnel allowing them to make decisions, act, and respond quickly when they are needed most. SmartSynch offers a wide range of employment opportunities in Information Technology in our Jackson, MS headquarters. Candidates will possess multiple qualifications including excellent written and oral communications, innovation, initiative, team building, strong analytical skills, and ability to perform on multiple projects. Other experiences with Full-Life-Cycle Development products, project management methodologies, Web Development, Java, C/C++, Rational Tool Suite, RDBMS, OO Design, SQL, Oracle, Perl Scripts, N-Tier environments, data modeling, ISO9000, IEEE, and/or SEI CMM are preferred.
