SmartSynch provides in-depth training for all utility staff involved in the operation and maintenance of the smart grid system. Specialized training sessions are designed to instruct appropriate users on all aspects of the Transaction Management System™ (TMS) software. We also train meter-shop and other technical personnel who will be testing, preparing and deploying metering devices.
TMS instruction focuses on software and database maintenance. We offer web-based training for new users of TMS and an advanced training course for experienced users. Meter-shop instruction is devoted to field deployment processes, troubleshooting, wireless coverage validation and antenna installation.
