Stephen D. Johnston, Chief Executive Officer
Stephen Johnston joined SmartSynch in May 2000 and led the Company's sales, marketing, client services and business development initiatives prior to being named Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining SmartSynch, Mr. Johnston was an investment banker with Wachovia Securities, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Johnston graduated from the University of Mississippi with degrees in Banking and Finance and Managerial Finance.
